Debit Card System

To take extra precaution, we will only be accepting payment through our meal plan program. No cash will be accepted. Your child’s Student ID Card will be the way to utilize your funds.

• To find the student ID # login to myPueo https://midpac.myschoolapp.com/app#login and:

            • Students: Click on your name/picture in the upper right corner and click profile. Click on contact card to view student ID

            • Parents: Click on your child's name in the upper left corner. Click on contact card to view student ID

• When using the MyKidsSpending App on your smartphone, the payment will be linked to your child’s Student ID.

My Kids Spending (MKS) Registration Instructions:

Please use a desktop/laptop to register. You may not be able to register with a tablet/phone.
1) Open MKS registration link: My Kids Spending Registration
2) Click "Create Account or Add Student.”
You will register yourself as a parent with links to your child or children, and you will register each child to access their own account
3) Enter your information in the specified fields, including Student ID#. You can find your child's Student ID# on their myPueo page under Contact Card/General Information.
4) Click "Complete Registration"
You should receive an email confirmation from MKS that will verify your account has been created.

To Fund the Account:

1) By Mail: To avoid paying the convenience fee, please mail your check, payable to Mid-Pacific Institute to Mid-Pacific Institute, Attn: School Store, 2445 Kaala Street, Honolulu, HI 96822
2) Online: If you would like to make a deposit online, you may do so on the My Kids Spending website or the app.
Please note that My Kids Spending charges a convenience fee for all online deposits. There is a 4% convenience charge for all credit card transactions, with a minimum convenience charge of $3. They do offer a discounted convenience fee if the account is set up to use an electronic check. For each charge of $0.75 plus 1% of the total deposited. For example, for a deposit of $100.00, the charge would be $1.75. There is a $25.00 charge for any returned payment. MKS also requires a minimum deposit of $25.00.


To Order Lunch:

You must order lunch through the MKS app. Ordering is not available on the MKS website. Please download the iOS or Andriod App on your phone or tablet and login with your MKS credentials.

2022 Monthly Lunch Order Deadlines: 

April- Wednesday March 23rd by 12:00pm 

May- Wednesday April 27th by 12:00pm 

Preschool and Elementary School lunch will be provided by Sodexo, who will now handle all lunch orders and payments. The lunch payments will be processed through an online My Kids Spending (MKS) account. If you don’t already have a MKS account, please see below for set up instructions. Please note that lunch payments will no longer be processed through your FACTS account.

For those who make a one-time Annual Payment, the cost will be $5.65 per lunch x total number of school days for the academic calendar. For Semester payment is $5.85 per lunch x total number of school days in the Fall or Spring semester. Monthly payments are available at $6.25 per lunch. The total due will be dependent on the number of school days in each month. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your child's account each month.

To allow you time to set up and fund your MKS account, the deadline for ordering lunch for August will be Friday, July 29. Going forward if you choose to order lunch each month vs. an annual purchase, we ask that you place your order by 2:00 p.m. on the 20th day of the prior month. Please include a drink choice for your child.

If you plan to cancel lunch for the following month, please notify Sodexo at Mickey.Lasater@sodexo.comand the School Office at esoffice@midpac.edu by 2:00 p.m. on the 20th of the previous month (Example: No Lunch in November, please notify us by October 20). If no cancellation request is received you will be responsible for any lunches provided to your child.
